Cancellation terms
Naturally, we hope circumstances will not force you to give up your trip. However, should this prove necessary, we would like to point out the following cancellation terms:
- If you cancel up to 8 weeks before the start of your holiday with us, you owe us 10% of the total amount.
- If you cancel between 8 and 4 weeks before the start of your holiday with us, you owe us 50% of the total amount.
- If you cancel within 4 weeks before the start of your holiday with us, you owe us 75% of the total amount.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. The cost is low and it saves you a lot of difficulty and disappointment.
Please note: by finalising a booking through the website, you agree to our booking and cancellation terms.
Booking terms
Once you have booked your holiday with us, we naturally expect you at our hotel on the first booked day of your holiday. We would like to point out the following rules:
- You receive a written confirmation of every booking by email. So make sure you give us a valid, working email address, and check your spam folder if you don’t seem to have received the confirmation. Haven’t received an email? Send us a quick message via the contact form on the website!
- Check-in: between 15:00 and 20:00. Check-in is not possible on Sundays.
- Check-out: before 10.00
- In the event of a no-show, the guest pays the total price of the booking.
The management of La Randulina reserves the right to cancel a booking within 24 hours of confirming it. The management will inform the guest of this. In that case you are of course not bound by the cancellation terms, and we will refund any deposits to you straight away.
