Hotel & rooms

Is the hotel suitable for families?

Absolutely. Children are more than welcome at our hotel. We have special family rooms and can add a crib to the room upon request. We also have a variety of games available for the whole family. During our dinner parties, we also offer a children’s menu at a reduced rate.

Is it possible to add an extra bed in the rooms?

Our rooms are thoughtfully designed and furnished for 1,2,3 or 4 persons.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add an extra bed.
Of course, it is possible to add a baby bed for a fee. Please contact contact with us.

Are pets welcome?

Your four-legged friend is welcome in our hotel. Maximum 1 pet per room. We ask a fee of €5 per night. We kindly ask our guests to keep their pets on a leash at all times. When booking you can indicate that you have a pet with you.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

No. All rooms and public areas are 100% smoke-free. Outside the hotel, of course, smoking is permitted.

Is the hotel handicap accessible?

Good question, in Ramosch almost no road is flat and the hotel has two floors with no elevator. A certain level of (walking) fitness is required to visit us.

Is wifi available?

Yes. In the hotel you can use our wifi network free of charge.

How can I make a reservation?

The best way to make a reservation is directly through our website. Click here to place a reservation. Not getting there for some reason? Please contact contact us. We’ll be happy to help!

Is it possible to change or cancel my reservation?

Is the tourist tax included in the room rate?

The prices listed on our website do not include tourist tax. The tourist tax is automatically calculated at the end of your booking.

Payment

I made a reservation. When do I have to pay?

When making a reservation, we kindly ask you to make the deposit within 7 days. The remaining payment must be transferred to us on the day of arrival or you pay at the hotel. Is your arrival within 7 days we ask you to transfer the entire amount when you booked.

I have just made a reservation. How can I make the payment?

Through a payment link you can securely make the payment online to the hotel. Click on the link in the confirmation email to make the (down) payment directly online. You pay easily and securely via iDeal.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all credit cards accepted worldwide. At the hotel you can pay by debit card or cash in euros or Swiss Francs. The prices stated on our website and other forms of communication are in euros.

Arrival

What time can I check in?

Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. onwards. Should you wish to arrive earlier, you can store your luggage safely with us.

Can I park at the hotel?

A number of parking spaces are available in front of the hotel. If occupied, you can park your car further away in the village. Unloading and loading luggage is always possible in front of the door.

How do I reach the hotel and what is the address?

Our address details and directions can be found on our contact page.

We are coming by public transportation. Can we be picked up at the train station?

Unfortunately no. It is convenient to have your own transportation if you want to stay with us. Also convenient if you want to have a bite to eat somewhere. However, you can reach our hotel by bus. Included in your stay is a guest card. This card provides free access to public transport (bus, train and summer ski gondola) and gives discounts on various activities in the region.

Departure

Until what time is check-out possible?

We kindly ask our guests to check out before 10:00 am.

Can I temporarily store my luggage safely?

Sure. Should you want to temporarily store your luggage safely after checking out, that’s no problem.

Food & drink

Does the hotel offer breakfast?

Sure! When you book an overnight stay with us, it includes an extensive breakfast buffet. We serve breakfast from 07.30 to 10.00.

Can I also have lunch or dinner at the hotel?

From Monday to Friday you can join us for a 3-course dinner in our restaurant. You can book these meals directly when booking your room or at least 1 day in advance to one of our employees. Feel free to spread an extra sandwich and take a piece of fruit for lunch if you are going hiking or biking. At La Randulina itself we do not serve lunch.  

We would like to have a bite to eat somewhere. Do you guys have any good tips?

Definitely! In the vicinity of our hotel you can eat very good and varied food! Even just across the border in Italy or Austria we can reserve a table for you!

Is there a bar available?

Yes. After a hike or day of skiing, you can enjoy a seat in our cozy bar or outside by the fountain. You can grab a drink yourself and take note. We call it our “honesty bar”. At departure you can pay for your drinks.

I don't have cash. Can I withdraw cash at the hotel?

Sure. You can use debit cards with us if you want to pay for your drinks, for example.

Will any dietary requirements be taken into account?

Of course. If you have special requests or allergies please let us know. We will do our best to take them into account.
